The third quarter of 2021 saw varied performance for the top Travel and Local apps on the Android platform in Egypt. Data sourced from Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends in weekly downloads and active users for Google Earth, dryve - Rent a Car, Booking.com: Hotels & Travel, Egyptian National Railways, and EgypTrains - قطارات مصر.

Google Earth, published by Google LLC, experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 54K in the week of July 5. The app's active user base remained relatively stable, hovering around 60K throughout the quarter.

dryve - Rent a Car, developed by dryve Holdings Ltd., saw a dramatic drop in weekly downloads from 37K in late June to just under 1K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 37K to approximately 5.6K over the same period.
